The primary components of our homogenizer include body (compound box), pump, frame, manometer, and other homogenizer parts.
The homogenizer pump is designed in a clothes closet structure, which saves space and makes itself easy to use and maintain. An electric motor is installed in the frame. The electric motor functions to drive the power shaft on the body part by the triangle belt, and then the power will be transferred to a pair of skew gear to rotate the crankshaft. Finally, through rod drive, the plunger piston will do the reciprocating motion.

Pump part
All the parts touching the liquid are made of stainless steel.
Pump body (1)
Plunger piston (2)
Sucking material valve (6)
Press material valve (4)
Valve seat (7)
Feed cavity (8) connects to the liquid material.
When the crankshaft drives the plunger piston (2) moving to right, the pressure into the pump would decrease. Then the liquid material would prop up the sucking material valve (6), and flow into the pump through the space between the sucking material valve (6) and the valve base(7).
Homogenizer parts
Homogenizer parts include the following:
Stage-1 valve (1)
Homogenizer base (3)
Homogenizer rod (4)
Butterfly spring (5)
Regulating hand wheel (6)
When the homogenizer is working, the regulating hand wheel (6) will press the butterfly spring (5) to increase the pressure between the homogenizer rod (4) and the homogenizer base (3). Along with the pressure increase between homogenizer rod and base, the pressure in the pump is also increased. When the pressure of the liquid in the pump is larger than the spring pressure, the liquid would firmly prop up the homogenizer rod (4), and flow out between the space between the homogenizer rod (4) and the homogenizer base (3), and finally reach the purpose of homogenizing the liquid material.
Manometer
The valve on the manometer is the working pressure valve of the pump. The manometer is aseismatic and easy to repair. If the manometer is not working, please top up the manometer with medical pure glycerin if necessary.
