Milk Homogenization

In food processing, homogenization is to mix and refine feed liquid under the action of squeezing, strong impact, and expansion caused by loss of pressure. By doing so, the liquid materials can be blended together more evenly. For instance, in dairy processing, milk would be whiter when its fat particles are smashed into smaller sizes by homogenizer.

Homogenization is widely used in the deep processing of dairy. Through milk homogenization, fat granules in milk are smashed into smaller sizes and can fully dissolve in water and protein. Homogenized milk is easy to digest and absorb. Besides, milk homogenization can also avoid unnecessary waste, to a certain extent.

Advantages of Milk Homogenization
You must have noticed that there is no more a thick layer of butter floating on the surface of milk produced by regular companies. This effect is achieved by milk homogenization. Through milk homogenization, fat globule in milk can be smashed into smaller sizes.
Casein particles become smaller accordingly. This will slow down the formation of single cream.
Compared with non-homogenized milk, homogenized milk may be less creamy, but it is equally nutritious and even more delicious.
As we all know that enzyme helps human body to digest and absorb nutrition, while the absorption efficiency depends largely on the area of enzymatic reaction. The smaller our food particle is, the better our enzyme works, and hence the better we absorb nutrition.
What' more, catalyst, additives and other chemicals will also function better after they are homogenized.

The following will describe our milk homogenizers.

Manufacturing Specifications and Materials
Our milk homogenizers are manufactured in accordance with related standards of Light Industry Department of P.R.C. and they are popular among current market.
The following will describe the detailed information on materials.
1. The gasket of the plunger pistons are made of fluoroelastomer.
2. Valve and valve seat of our milk homogenizer are made of stainless steel and alloy steel. Hence, they are acid and alkali resisting.
3. The homogeneous pole and homogenous seat of our homogenizer are made using special alloy steel and cemented carbides. The both sides of the homogenous seat can be used for a long time. The functions of our homogenous pole and seat do not change even after repaired.
4. Our milk homogenizers are equipped with segregated pumps. This makes our homogenizer convenient for use.
5. The main body part of our homogenizer is made of stainless steel (304)2B.
6. The parts which contact with homogenization raw materials are made using 1Cr18Ni9Ti.

Spare Parts of Milk Homogenizers
1. One set of sealing rings
2. One set of special tools
3. One set of spanner

Note
The homogenizer spare parts are free of charge.
