GJB series high pressure homogenizer is a kind of versatile equipment which can homogenize liquid materials and make them into high-pressure sprays.
Depending on the reciprocating motion of pump piston, our high pressure homogenizer creates a high pressure against liquid materials. Thus, the homogenizer is able to fully mix and refine the materials.

Driving motion and Structure

The primary components of our homogenizer include body (compound box), pump, frame, manometer, and other homogenizer parts.
The homogenizer pump is designed in a clothes closet structure, which saves space and makes itself easy to use and maintain. An electric motor is installed in the frame. The electric motor functions to drive the power shaft on the body part by the triangle belt, and then the power will be transferred to a pair of skew gear to rotate the crankshaft. Finally, through rod drive, the plunger piston will do the reciprocating motion.

Installation and use

1. The homogenizer works stably with four screws and four sizing blocks sustained under the base, so there is no need of any other fix up. However, a crash pad can be put under each sizing block, thus decreasing the noise and making the pump work more calmly.
2. When the machine reach the position, should use the level bar to level correct.
3. If you need to clean the machine, you must use the cooling water.
4. The position of the jar which is used to store the liquid material should higher than the feeding head.
5. Forbid to install valve outlet.

Maintenance and service

1. The parts of body are the motion parts of driving the power and supporting the load, so they need fully lubricating to keep working normally. When the homogenizer is working, the operator should keep his eyes on it and make sure there is no abnormal noise and shocking sound. After the homogenizer has worked for a long time, the operator should check the space between body parts, to ensure all the parts are going right. If necessary, the operator should change the part in time. (The space between connect rod little head bearing segment and connect rod pin should be less than 0.20 mm.)

Method used for connection when high-pressure spray

When customers use the high-pressure spray function, the liquid material would flow out the pump directly. At that time, the outlet of the homogenizer connects to the feed inlet under the base by a nylon flexible pipe. If the pressure value is beyond the range of set value, overfill valve would open automatically to conduct internal drainage operation.
