Laboratory homogenizer is small in size and is easy to operate. Its maximum operating pressure is 80MPa. The minimum flow rate of materials to be homogenized is 300ml.

High pressure homogeneous rod and homogeneous seat of lab homogenizer are both made of special hard alloy and they are acid and alkali resistant. Since their both ends can be used, they enjoy a long service life. Even if they are worn, their performance will remain the same after they are repaired. Their hardness ranges from 88 to 92 HRA and their working pressure ranges from 0 to 100MPa.
The feeding and discharging switches, valves, and valve seats are all made of special stainless steel or alloy steel. They are acid and alkali resistant and their hardness is above 58HRC.

Laboratory homogenizer can smash particles and oil drops in suspension into much smaller sizes under high pressure. While suspension flows through an adjustable flow restriction narrow gap, those particles and oil drops can be shattered into your desired emulsion or dispersion under the combined effects of explosion, shearing force, high-speed impact, and the expansion caused by the loss of pressure.
During this process, the particle size can be reduced to 0.1~0.2μm, averagely not more than 1μm. This process integrates the working principles of ultrasonic homogenizer, colloid mill and globe mill together.
The original activity, stability, miscibility, absorbability, nutritive value, quality guarantee period, taste, and color of particles and oil drops will remain the same, after the particles are processed by our lab homogenizer.

1. The gasket of the plunger pistons are made of fluoroelastomer.
2. The valve and valve seat of our laboratory homogenizer are made of stainless steel and alloy steel. Hence, they are acid and alkali resisting.
3. The homogeneous pole and homogenous seat of our homogenizer are made using special alloy steel and cemented carbides. The both sides of the homogenous seat can be used for a long time. The functions of our homogenous pole and seat do not change even after repaired.
4. Our laboratory homogenizers are equipped with segregated pumps. This makes our homogenizer convenient for use.
5. The main body part of our homogenizer is made of stainless steel (304)2B.
6. The parts which contact with homogenization raw materials are made using 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
